Surgery is typically a last resort. Each of these procedures will cost different amounts based on how extensive and deep the scar is.

Possibly capsaicin: The curcumin ; resveratrol are anti-inflammatory ; anti-oxidant with neuroprotective effects. There is a study suggesting capsaicin may damage neurons in 10 day old rats. I know of no evidence it can damage brains in humans; many eat peppers without obvious signs of brain damage but capsaicin might cause mild brain damage in some:

Many things: This can be caused by multiple problems depending on where the biopsy is from.  In the stomach it can be from chronic gastritis, sometimes caused by the bacteria H.pylori sometimes for autoimmune pathology.  In the duodenum(1st part of the small intestine) it can be seen in celiac disease.  These are just a few.  Hope this helps.

Haven't had anybody using it recently.
