Bleeding/ bloated: Follow up with doctor/urgent care within 24-48 hours. Was a pregnancy test ever positive? Could be miscarriage, ectopic, or uterine bleeding from fibroids, polyp, mass  need sonongram or uterus and ovaries/ abdomen, Check urine

Pregnancy unlikely: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

i'm 5 weeks pregnant and yesterday i woke up spotting with sharp pains below my belly button, i then went to the hospital and they performed a scan but there was no baby in my womb, the bleeding stopped but still feel pressure around belly button?

Pregnancy sonogram : One can not see a fetus until after week six. If you are having pain around the belly button you will need to be seen by a doctor for an examination to see what is causing the pain.

im 38 weeks pregnant , my stomach went out yesterday and my bum was bleeding a little bit but today my stool is completely bloody and when i wipe it looks like liver but it turns into blood when broken down.

Bleeding and pregnan: Any bleeding this late in pregnancy has to be evaluated. You do not mention any cramping (which may imply Uterus) - More than likely its hemorrhoids which is very common. I would check with the OB/GYN just to be sure.

Very unlikely: I don't think there is a risk of pregnancy, or it is minimal of a risk. If her period is late, she can do a pregnancy test. Use a condom next time. Good luck.

Lower abd pain: At this point in pregnancy your ligaments and muscles are stretching as your uterus grows.  It is not unusual to strain or pull muscles and ligaments as they are stretching.  As long as you are not bleeding and this is a localized pain it is likely the above.  it certainly appropriate to contact your OB and consult with him/her.

This warrants: Medical attention. You could become very dehydrated with consistent vomiting. Bleeding for 3 weeks isn't normal.
