H. pylori: This could be an infection with helicobacter pylori.  It can be diagnosed with a breath tests or a blood test and can be treated.  See a doctor.

why am i burping eggs? i don't eat them! i am having belly problems....bloating, pains, dirreah, upset stomach. no fever just nausea.   i'm burping the nasty taste of eggs and haven't ate any eggs cause i know they make me sick!  what is wrong?

I : I cannot diagose your abdominal problems. However having burps that smell like rotten eggs is also called "sulfur belching".  There can be a number of possible causes.  One is that you may have an infection of your gut such as h. Pyloribacterium or giardia.  Egg burps can occur with problems involving the stomach or the gallbladder.  If you have are having a problem breaking down foods such as meats this can be problematic. Have you traveled anywhere recently where the food or water might be contaminated?  I don't know how long you have had these symptoms.  Since you are losing fluids from diarrhea, it is important to drink water. If you start feeling lightheaded, especially when going from lying to standing, your pulse rate is very rapid and you feel weak, you may be getting dehydrated. If this occurs you might need to go to the emergency room for intravenous hydration.  If the symptoms continue for several days i recommend calling your doctor.

Gastroenteritis: You probably have a self-limiting viral infection. However if this persists and is not beginning to get better within the next 48 hrs or you are unable to keep down liquids and food and are becoming dehydrated, go and seek medical assistance. Best wishes.

Retained Pregnancy?: If you were pregnant on the 3rd, you could not have ovulated and so sex would not cause another pregnancy. If you aborted on the 6th then you should not have a new pregnancy unless you've had sex since then. It's possible that you have pregnancy tissue remaining which is actively secreting hormones and causing your sx. See a doctor.

Yes: Hi. Victoza (liraglutide) is one of the best type 2 drugs available presently, but it does have nausea (which can be intermittent) as a fairly common side effect. The nausea generally gets better the longer duration you're on the drug. Some people get burping, but I haven't heard of them smelling like eggs. If nausea remains a problem, dial the dose back and titrate up more slowly. Good luck!

Gastric emptying?: Dietary fats (of which eggs are high in cholesterol) takes longer to empty from the stomach than proteins and carbohydrates (e.g. What you find in vegan diets). Your nausea may reflect this when eating fatty foods. Nausea is however a surprisingly multifactorial symptom that warrants medical evaluation if persistent after dietary modification.

Depends: Usually the larger the wheal size the more likely the test result is real.  Has avoiding dairy and egg resolved your nausea?   ( note that you may need to avoid them for 10-14 days to know for sure). If it has, you may reintroduce either one of them back into your diet and see if the nausea returns. If uncertain, having an oral food challenge test ( allergist's office) will clarify the issue.
