Depends on its  size: In small area  one can use cordran and other tape and place  it over the spots. It does not cause depression. Discuss this  with you physician and ask to be referred toa dermatologist

Doubtful: Without external skin changes, scleroderma is unlikely. A physician would have to examine you to see whether there is abnormality of subcutaneous tissue diffusely. I am also dubious of the presence of systemic disease based only on your description, but if your physician agrees there could be pathology, he/she would refer you to the proper specialist.

Not related: Its extremely unlikely that any flare of scleroderma is related to a bladder sling. What exactly is what you are calling a flare.

See below: Just because you have a +ana, you may not have any autoimmune processes that are causing problems.     Scleroderma is rather uncommon, but it is autoimmune in nature.    A rheumatologist specializes in these types of disorders.    There are countless tests that can be done to determine, what, if any, autoimmune conditions you have and treatment can be started thereafter.

i am 25y old. can gerd cause complete aperistalsis of esophagus? it's been 3y. not scleroderma, achalasia or any other diseases. my les=5mmhg. thanks

GERD alone unlikely: manometric evidence of aperistalsis (not simply on barium test) unlikely from GERD alone, and can be from achalasia or esophageal scleroderma, even without skin findings of latter. You need to see Gastroenterologist or motility expert. Low LES pressure does not rule out achalasia. 23 years old. have aperistalsis of esophagus-distal, middle, proximal.and gerd(0, 3 mmhg). but not achalasia and not scleroderma. what may be the cause?

Need more info: Any other related symptoms - how did you get this result in first place ? It's rare to have all part of esophagus not moving in young age without underlying problem but could induce by specific drugs as well. Was this measured by functional esophagography?
