Generally it requires a hypothesis (what do you want to find out), procedure (how to find it out), results (what did you find out) and conclusions (what does your research mean).  Some also add a discussion for perspective.

It's not a thing to learn, but a method in which to approach learning and problem solving, to lead to new discovery. Sorry...: The ericsson method has no scientific basis to back up its claims.  No study has been able to show that it has any validity.  The only way to be sure of the gender of the baby is in-vitro fertilization.

Try an ENT specialis: I'm unsure what the apparent typo "but for sth like tinnitus", but the "patting my head helps" sounds to me like there is fluid in your ears. If it is behind the eardrum, then decongestants MIGHT help, but I'd suggest you see an Ear Nose Throat specialist. I'm not sure what the problem is, but sometimes tubes in the eardrums help similar problems and an ENT doc would be the one to do that surgery.

Nothing lasting.: Nothing really. Most people say that even after a week , it fails to put them to sleep. When you discontinue, there maybe a rebound insomnia. Some people who take it actually experience a somnambulistic effect and can do things, eat in bed, drive, cook and do not remember they did it. One of my patients drove in his underwear and totalled his car. He was unharmed.
