every time i seem to get a cut it takes a long time to heal and always leaves a scar, i know i'm not diabetic. is it my immune system that is weak?

Antibiotic : Cuts can often become superficially infected and then take longer to heal and leave a mark. Using a topical antibiotic ointment like Bactroban (mupirocin) Ointment sometimes help speed wound healing. See a dermatologist for this issue.

is it possible to get pneumonia more than once?  if so, is it worse the second time (i have lung scars) or better (immune system memory)?

Yes, it is: Pneumonia isn't a specific disease so much as fluid collecting in the air spaces of the lungs. This can be caused by a wide variety of pathogens, some of which we become immune to (some viruses) but many of which we do not (bacteria, mycoplasma, etc). So you can have pneumonia multiple times. This doesn't mean that future cases will be better or worse, although bad cases can damage the lungs.

is there any treatment  for keloid scars? or medication to ease rhe pain, they are very painful, like electrical discharges. i have them on my back.

See below: There are many possible treatments for keloids which range from medicine injections into the site to surgery to freezing them to radiation to laser treatments.  Talk to your doctor about the possibilities.

I wouldn't say they: are common, but not especially unusual. You list three findings in the kidney...a bit unusual..and I would definitely pursue a kidney evaluation when your acute problem is resolved. But your current symptoms don't especially suggest a kidney cause. Continue to work with the ordering doctor, your primary or Urgent Care/ER provider, for diagnosis and management of your current symptoms. Good wishes

Why do you cut?: Don't know the specific reasons that you cut. Someone who feels empty inside may cut to feel "something". Someone who is hurting emotionally may cut so that the physical pain will distract them. Some cut to punish themselves. One may cut in the belief that they will let out negativity or evil. Regardless of why you use cutting to cope it is unhealthy. Please obtain professional mental health care.

Generally not: Keratosis pilaris rubra faceii involves excess keratin production (small bumps) on the face which is often inflamed, causing the redness.  Since it generally does not involve infection, it usually does not leave scars unless someone picks at the bumps.  If it is irritating you enough that you are picking, seek help from your dermatologist.  If it scars, you need to see derm to r/o something else.

Improve not remove: A be scars can be improved with wound care, exfoliation, dermabrasion, peels, laser, grafting, fat transfer, camouflage make-up, surgery and more. However they generally cannot be removed. Discuss with a dermatologist after first .Controlling the outbreaks.

Scar: Any time you cut the skin there will be a scar. Other types of injury do not leave a scar all the time. Time will tell.

Accepted Answer

Pigment or blood: Brown discoloration is usually pigment, but can be hemosiderin from bleeding if there has been trauma,  part of the healing process induces blood vessels to grow into the healing area.  If it is pigment recurring after a mole you should have it evaluated by your dermatologist.
