lost 15 lbs with proper diet and a little exercise.  not losing any more weight. also, there's hardly any change in body measurements.  why is this happening? why am i not losing weight anymore? more importantly, why am i not losing fat?? pls help!

There are far too: many questions here for us to address in 400 characters or less. Recommend that calories burned exceed calories in. Drinking at least 8  8 ounce glasses per day is important for both hydration and weight control. Try to get in whole foods (fiber) as well as 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Physical activity is essential. At least 8 hours of sleep per night helps.

: I would need data from your part of Malaysia to find out what the healthiest weight is as it varies by parts of the world. Your local Drs should have this information.  In US it is BMI less than 25.  To lose weight eat less or exercise more than you are doing now. I recommend the app Cronometer to see where you are with calorie intake and energy expenditure.  You can do it---if needed.  Good Luck

i recently was able to stop taking cholesterol medicine. should i continue taking co q-10? i have gone from 270 lbs on 5/14/2019 to a current weight of 162.8. my last body fat measurement on 3/3/2020 was 37.7%. this was down from 48.8%.  on 3/12/20. my hd

Yes and...: Congratulations on your progress? Intermittent fasting is the best way to lose the rest of the weight. Check out the book called the obesity code. Also, what is your current cholesterol? If you don’t want to start the cholesterol medication you can take red rice yeast which is over the counter. Good job!

: This is standard treatment for the situation. It is paired with fetal size estimates and other factors to reduce C-section rate. Balancing  the potential that a large baby will not deliver vaginally at 40 weeks but is mature enough to deliver when smaller is part of the decision process.

Depends upon height: There are tables published of ideal body weight for different heights.  You can look up a term called body mass index (bmi) which will determine where you fit in this spectrum.  It is a good measure of obesity.
