how to fix scapular winging. happened after physical injury to my right shoulder. can exercise fix it or i need medical attention!

You need medical: Attention.  Winged scapula is usually caused by nerve injury, so i don't know how much it is related to your shoulder injury.

i had a large lipoma removed from just above scapular area. 2 weeks later, wound reopened and got infected, wound was debrided and stitched 2 weeks ago. can i resume lower body exercises? do i need to wait for 8 weeks to resume upper body exercises?

Surgeon's rec's: Would suggest following closely the surgeon's recommendations. While light lower body exercises may be OK, would suggest getting clearance from the surgeon at follow up for the upper body exercises and in the context of described postsurgical complications.

is hip adduction bad for hips?

Not necessarily: Typically the exercises that are focused on to strengthen the hip focus on abduction, and extension.  These exercises work on the large muscles such as the gluteus.  Adduction and flexion should also be part of any hip therapy regimen and are not necessarily bad unless there is a particular reason (ie patients with hip replacements should avoid adduction as may put them at risk for dislocation).

why does forced adduction/internal rotation of the hip feel so uncomfortable with hip dysplasia?

Hip Dysplasia: Developmental hip dysplasia causes the normal curve of the hip joint to be abnormal or flattened.  This can effect the range of motion or the hip.  Also degenerative hip arthritis is associated and occurs prematurely in some.  A common early symptom or significant oa of the hip is pain with internal rotation and adduction.  Also associated may be changes within the labrum of the hip.

is 80 mg kenalog (triamcinolone) inj into left adductor tendon powerful enough to reduce internal rotation/ adduction strength by 50%?

No: The purpose of the injection is 2 decrease inflammation,  & this should improve ur function in adduction and not make it worse. I would b sure it was done by a qualified md. Also if so get back into c u r orthopedist.

moderate to severe pain in 2nd and 3rd posterior mcp joints on dominant hand.  pain worse with adduction and extension of fingers.  cause?

Recommendations : Need to know more about your condition, like swelling or redness, history of trauma or overuse your hand professionally, history of involvement other joint before and so on. But anyway try now Motrin or Advil  400mg 3-4 times a day and some joint cream and rest for your hand./fingers for 2 weeks. Hope it will be better.

Questionable tumor: If the lumps are along  medial margin near spine which is what protrudes when one bends forward they for the most part cant be lymph nodes.  The latter are found  toward the armpit where the major vessels are.  U.S. cant dx lymph nodes and if hard one must consider possibility of  tumor or tumors of nerve origin arising from muscles of the scapula.  Should be evaluated for possible bx.

Inflammation: Usually it is from inflammation of a muscle that is attaching to that area of the scapula.  Ice, ibuprofen, chiropractic or massage may be helpful

Not good sign?: Elevated scapula is not could sign, mainly nerve problems, muscular problems, check out and the treatment will depend on the cause.

Muscular pain :  The diagnosis is not clear but we often see that in people with muscular pain. You can discuss this with your physician, but since it's both shoulder blades or scapula I would suspect more symmetrical muscular skeletal type issues such as myofascial pain
