Two things: scapula is on the backs and can "wing" from muscle or nerve issues. Push against a wall and see if both scapulae do the same.
Lump on shoulder sounds like a different item.
See orthopedist.

Neck pain: You most likely have a pinched nerve originating from the left side of your neck between the 5 and 6th cervical vertebrae. Best to see your family doctor to get this treated.

Repeated forceful: sneezing may strain  the scapula, either side,.  Try some nasal steroid sparys and Zyrtec.

Doctor can evaluate: A person's left chest (nor his right chest) should not swell up for no reason. So, a primary care doctor can evaluate to see what the person is trying to describe. Also, the doctor can check what might be causing the left scapula pain (they may or may not be related). A chest x-ray and other tests might be needed.

i have pain at the top of my scapula on the left side often pain will run down the back side of my left arm. i ofyen feel a pulling pain in my arm.

Radiculopathy : There are nerves that go through our cervical (neck) spine & send nerves to the arms & the scapular region. Compression by a herniated disc or pinching of the nerve by another process can commonly present as described. A pulled/sprain/muscle spasms should also be rule out. A dr. May be able to diagnose this by asking a few more question, performing an exam & by imaging your c-spine.

has severe pain under left side scapula..was treated of tb and pneumonia and the pain was gone...why will no one look into these meds to treat him?

Imaging: Please see your PCP. A follow up chest radiograph may be indicated. Sometimes there is residual inflammation of the lining of the lung. Other causes may be musculoskeletal.

i'm having pain in my back around my right scapula area and below on my right side as i'm am inhaling . while inhaling i'm getting an sharp pain.

Muscle: Muscle spasm, myofascial pain syndrome, gall bladder disease/stones, so, get a massage, and easy on the fatty foods. Consider taking Ibuprofen if not allergic, kidneys are ok, and under your doctors' watchful eye  if you have heart disease, htn, dm, or kidney disease..  Nb., pain of herpes neuralgia, which caused by h. Zoster, in those who have had the chicken pox,   is on one side only.
