Need more informatio: There are many possibilities. You say you have high blood pressure. How high?  This could be one cause. Did you have any trauma?  Need a better history. See your doctor for a complete evaluation

Treat the anxiety.: I would see your dr. And see about getting the anxiety treated as that would be the  best solution of all. It's difficult to keep from picking at the area if you feel anxious inside. There are good treatments for this so see your family doctor.

WHY?: Why would anyone use coconut oil on the scalp? You also indicate that you have dandruff shampoo but fail to name it.You may want to see a dermatologist. There are shampoos for dry scalp. You can also shampoo with a body wash such as Dove, Eucerin, Neutrogena, etc.

See derm: Scalp sores are not part of lupus and thus you need to consult a dermatologist.  Stress tends to worsen just about everything.

No: At your age to have vasculitis you need have an elevated CRP and/or sed rate.

Aneurysm: It would be highly unlikely for a cerebral aneurysm to cause local scalp symptoms. Those symptoms are more likely peripheral nerve symptoms.

Your question needs a thorough answer from your doctors, and can be addressed with a physical exam and some simple blood tests.

Throat: If its new could be the onset of a cold but if its on one side could have a  dental cause such as a cavity or a jaw issue.If so check it out with your dentist
