May be...: Does it exist recently or lifelong? Has it changed in size over time? If lifelong, and painless, it may be a small mole or a varicose vein or thrombosed varix, which is harmless and requires no active rx. But without detailed history and direct inspection, a more confirmative DX could not be made. So, ask doc timely if in doubt.

skin tag burned off is now a black dot scab with pink scar around it the scab ripped off halfway and bled but is still attached do i rip off the rest?

You may: Removing the rest of the skin tag is appropriate. You may wish to apply an over the counter antibiotic ointment to the raw area.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

have sores in hair and on body, they bump up then scab over, the scab is hard , been to doctors and dermatologist ,no one seems to know what i have, when the sore bust tiny black dots spread and more sores appear. absolutely going crazy please help?

Do not touch: how old are you? age is relevant for this kind of problem. most skin problems in female related to hormone balance, that directly or indirectly affect the skin being too dry or too oily.
so do not touch them if they are too itchy take benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25-50 mg at bed time. use skin lotion often during the day,
you can apply triple antibiotic at bed time as well
please do not touch them

Need details: Warts? Keratosis? Tiny blood scabs due to minor self-injury? Instead of picking you might begin to rub in a moisturizer cream. Carry a small tube and rub in 10 times a day, using a small amount and rubbing in hard. Are they moles or freckles or something else? Where? How many, how large?

Depends on size: and location, but melanoma is rare when lesion is less than 4mm.  If this becomes a recurrent problem, surgical excision would be definitive treatment.  Consult with a dermatologist just to be sure.
