i have a very itchy scabs/rash that looks similar to flea bites only on my arms and legs for the last 2 months no change in detergent or diet no fleas?

See Specialist: Given the persistence of your rash I would make an appointment to see an Allergist or Dermatologist to further clarify what could be causing your symptoms. There are many causes of persistent rash including eczema, contact dermatitis, scabies, hives, etc. Without seeing your rash in person it is difficult to determine appropriate treatment. Try OTC topical corticosteroid cream in the meantime.

Multiple skinlesions: Best to make an appt with your Dermatologist for examination ASAP.   Skin lesions are to be seen and are best diagnosed in this manner.

See a dermatologist: To make an accurate diagnosis you should see a skin doctor, but this sounds like an allergic reaction, either to something you are taking by mouth, or a contact dermatitis.  If you have recently changed your shampoo, lotions, perfume, other, bring this info along with your visit to dermatologist.  Hope the itching stops.

You can't.: you can make them more obvious with further manipulation of them or with applying makeup, but scabs resolve at their own pace.

Then there are patients who describe this symptom that is an expression of mental health issues like anxiety. The best way to figure this out is to speak to your primary care doctor

Many things: Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common cause of numbness in the hand on the thumb side.  Cubital tunnel syndrome causes little finger numbness.  If both of the entire hands and feet are numb, then a peripheral neuropathy is more likely.  This can be related to long standing diabetes.  This problem needs to be worked up by a physician.
