No: If you treat it well it does not come back. Some patients need more than 1 treatment .
You also have to treat everybody in the household that might have it and wash well all clothing, sheets to secure that you wont have a new infestation

Scabies: After being treated you may still itch for 2 to 4 more weeks until the allergic reaction has completely resolved. It requires effort to get rid of Scabies. 1st, you &amp; all members of your household need to be treated. Ivermectin is an effective medication for treating scabies. 2nd, clean (ie. Hot water in machine) clothes, bedding &amp; towels you've come in contact w). There may be things like pillows

See doctor: The areas involved are not typical for scabies but skin rash needs to be examined for a diagnosis to be made and even then it may not be easy.

Yes: The question of whether you can have scabies is simple...Yes.  These infections typically involve 4-6 mites.  They can cause amazing rashes.  You can do a shaved skin bx for diagnosis or find a burrowing tract.  I've been fooled several times by scabies so its not a total no-brain er.  Ivermectin oral or Permethrin topcal is used to eradicate it.

Most common: cause , often "missed" is SKIN DRYNESS!!!!
This condition is often called "Winter Itch" although it can occur in any season. Heat being turned on in cold weather dries the skin even faster that's why the condition is more prevalent during winter months!
TRY HUMIDIFIER in your bedroom and run it during day so that when you go to bed the room has a good moisture level!

See below: This does not sound like chicken pox. It sounds more like chronic hives.  Some people will have recurrent hives, and the cause is found less than 5 percent of the time. Triggers, can be exercise, cold or heat exposure, stress, etc. The key is treatment. Your child should take 1 tsp of Claritin (loratadine) daily. She should also see an alllergist.

Eval: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
