No: If you treat it well it does not come back. Some patients need more than 1 treatment . You also have to treat everybody in the household that might have it and wash well all clothing, sheets to secure that you wont have a new infestation

No: No, hives are a reaction caused by the immune system. Scabies is an infection caused by mites (small parasites). Hives are not contagious. Scabies is highly contagious.
