Septoplasty: I would go back to your doctor.  If there are healing issues, the ENT would be the best person to evaluate your problem.  Feel better.

: Best would be to have it examined by an ENT specialist, sometimes cauterization is done if lesion amenable.

Thanks for asking!: Vasoline can help with scabs in the nose but, it is very thick and may impair your breathing ability.  I would recommend something that is really made for the nose, over the counter at your local drug store.  Then prevent getting scabs in the nose if you can.

i have little scabs inside my nose that don't hurt when i touch them, but could they be cold sores? i don't get them there but have blown my nose a lot

Nasal Vestibulitis: Crusting in nostrils where nasal hairs are located is common and can be treated with topical antibiotic ointment. Blowing your nose a lot with tissue papers can  cause direct irritation to skin and is not recommended. See an ENT doctor!

i have a indent inside my nose on the cartilage if there is a scab over it will it get better or worse i use a lot of nose spray i'm scared its hole?

Don't worry: There is little cause for alarm. The key is to leave it alone, don't fuss with it, pick at it, or put anything into your nose, and it will likely be fine. Stay away from nasal decongestant sprays (and especially do not snort Cocaine or other drugs). See an ear nose and throat specialist if pain or bleeding occur.

i have flat, dry, & hard scab-like "boogers" that form only on my septum up inside my nose with horrible nasal passage congestion for months now. help?

Dry nasal crusting: Greetings. Fancy words for "boogers". These episodes happen from xcessive dryness. Saline nasal spray and AYR gel may be the answer. Sleep with a humidifier and drink more water. If these suggestions fail to resolve the issues, see your ENT. An antibiotic covering Staph may be needed.

inside my nose feels like i have ulcers or scabs & when i look inside i seem to have sores/ulcers. they're flat, whitish, & mucus is white/yellow. dx?

Not possible to say: without looking at them.  Most likely local irritation and dryness, but you need to make sure it is not more serious condition.  Show them to your doctor or ENT specialist just to be sure.

my mucous membrane just inside my nose scabs over and never heals. i can get the scab off which is thin but it comes back. shouldn't this be biopsied?

See ENT: They are specialists and will be able to get you the best treatment and or tell you if the area needs to be biopsied.

Common: usually the result of very dry conditions with some irritation causing scab formation if bleeding or enlarging seek medical care
