i need advice on a situation regarding scaring. a mug was thrown at my face last week and made a cut on the bridge of my nose, the scab came off on tuesday naturally & im putting betadine on it but im concerned the scar wont go away , help pls ?

Scar gel could help: You could obtain scar gel from Walmart or local drug store to reduce chances of scaring. There are several of them with varying prices and the more expensive one are not necessarily better.

i have had a sore in my nose for a few months that won't go away. it has a scab and sometimes bleeds. do i need to see a doctor?

Sores in the : Usually heals better when treated with antibiotic ointment . If impetigo is present , you will need a script from your doctor for bactroban (mupirocin) or Mupirocin ointment . Clean your nose with saline solution and keep it moist with aquaphor  ointment, vaseline or a;d ointment . It will bleed everytime the scabs come off, the seal is gone. Go see your doctor if this does not help.

scab in left nostril won't go away, 5 months now.  causes nose bleeding every few weeks.  cancer?  if not, how can i remedy this? i am a non smoker.

See ENT doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. Five months is long enough to wait and watch, it is time to see an ENT doctor and if needed have the lesion removed.

i have a scrape/burn/scab from blowing my nose too much. anything to make it heal fast or go away? under nostrils. could it look better in 5 days? ?

Nasal scab: Localized skin infection.  You can try applying antibiotic lotion or ointment, small amount three times per day.  Neosporin is one brand name.  Use sparingly so excess does not get up into nostrils.

Yes: Keep scab area moist. Wash scabed area with soap and water bid then and apply Bacitracin ointment bid.

Nonhealing Sore: The typical warning symptom for this type of skin cancer is a sore that will not heal and frequently bleeds. Yet, it can take on other forms, like:
flat, scaly patch
oozing, crusty sore, 
depression centered bump, 
scar looking spot without previous injury
pearly white, waxy bump with tiny blood vessels.

i have sore hard lumps around the crown and back of my head.  they eventually scab over and sometimes go away while others appear. what causes this?

Several options: Without examining you i cannot give you a 100% answer.  However, some thoughts are acne keloidalis (sometimes seen with really short haircuts), could also be a form of scalp cellulitis. I would suggest you see a dermatologist who can help clarify the answer and best recommend treatment.
