Do you really want: drippy nipples?  Fennel, anise &amp; fenugreek can cause galactorrhea (milk from nipples) but usually  no big change in breast size.

Shouldnt: While it should not normally affect it, i could not say for sure without knowing how much saw palmetto is in it and if there are any other herbs. With your age, if you have noticed changes in your Cialis effectiveness and ed, and after taking saw palmetto, you may want to think of non-organic causes of ed, such as psychosocial issues contributing. Discuss with your prescribing physician.

Not the same : Flomax (tamsulosin) is an fda approved medicine with known safety and efficacy. Saw palmetto has failed multiple controlled trials.  You're welcome to take it; most supplements have a 20% placebo effect.

i am starting to dose my s/o with a blend of red clover, wild yam, damania, fenugreek, and saw palmetto in an attempt to soothe her menopause. she has had these supplements individually before but not together, are there side effects of the combo?

PCOS: hair loss: See your gyn provider and ask about the use of a testosterone blocking agent, like Finesteride.  this should arrest the hair loss.  Also inquire about using oral contraceptives to diminish the estrogen effect on the lining of the uterus.  Constant estrogen can eventually cause problems, and oral bcp's will stop ovarian production of estrogen.
