Stubborn lids: Hardware store have specific grabbers to help with lid removal. Handing the jar to someone nearby who has the pincer strength can be the answer. Some have run hot water over the lid with results. Leaving it for awhile and coming back later works too. Good luck. Enjoy the jelly.

The last 5 pounds.: Eat healthfully &amp; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed. Who is the parent!: Children need to understand why.  But it could also be the taste.  Compounding pharmacies can make virutally all medicines palitable.  Remember, taking medicine makes children feel different and reminds them something is wrong, partuclarly with chronic issues.  I have this problem with adolescents coming with parents who don't take their medications regularly. Some with serious illnesses.

For anti-inflammatory effect & mobilizing mucus- homemade chicken noodle soup.  Hydrate- lots of water/clear broth/ add honey & asmall amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea..  Fever/ pain – acetaminophen/ nsaid’s  rest!

Most benign skin changes are easy to identify by looking at them. Skin cancer identification is defined by the a, b, c's.  A- area or size changes. B- borders that are irregular, c-color (multiple colors are concerning) there are some more features but these r basics.

Other meds include Sudafed, Mucinex, (guaifenesin) Afrin, oral antihistamines

Nothing: Best thing to do is walk away and say i will come back when you get some help. Because someone is going to get hurt and it probably won't be you. But you won't be able to live with it.
