More info needed: This depends entirely on the cause of the liver problem and whether it is progressing to cirrhosis (or might already be there). If the enlarged spleen is due to portal hypertension -- increased pressure in liver veins -- it could be pretty advanced. This is something to discuss with your doctor.

Normal: Assume that you will live out your years with the same chance as any of your friends of reaching 100. A majority of kidneys respected for cancer result in cure. Liver disease is largely reversible when the cause is found and addressed. If you can live clean and know the secret that the liver loves it when you exercise, then oil forward to many more good years.

No: Even with that stage of advanced liver disease, regression is still possible if you continue to avoid doing anything to hurt your liver such as drinking alcohol.  Follow your doctor's suggestions and there is still hope.  Good luck.

always took brewers yeast to boost protein bc i have liver disease, just read its bad for ckd (have stage 3). should i stop taking? is there an alternative thats safe for kidney, liver? how about plant protein?

Discuss with Doctor: Pulmonary sarcoidosis stage 3 is a descriptive term of the x-ray of your lungs-they have bilateral pulmonary infiltrates.  This may indicate chronic or progressive disease or both.  You should also have pulmonary function tests to evaluate your lung function.  You should discuss all of this in light of your clinical history and course with your doctor.  This discussion witll give you a prognosis.

Yes: Sarcoidosis does have stages. Stage one includes bihilar lymphadenopathy which basically means swollen lymph nodes on both sides of the mediastinum.

Sarcoidosis: Sarcoidosis can effect the liver, kidney, lungs and sinuses. Usually liver involvement is asymptomatic but sometimes it can cause changes in liver blood tests and lead to severe liver disease. The slight increase in liver size probably is nothing to worry about. You should have blood tests to see what your liver function is. If there is an abnormality a liver biopsy should be done.
