i have been taking  iron tablet (sangobion) for 2 months plus . i missed out 1 day of taking it, will it affect the absorption of iron.

No: Missing a pill will not have serious side effects. Don't make it a habit.

omeprazole 20mg cannot take wif iron tablet(sangobion) ? i already take for 2mths together with iron tablet but wif 2hrs apart. scare iron not absorb

You're OK: Iron is absorbed in a more acid environment, that's why you need to separate the pills.  But ppis like Omeprazole can lower your acid so far  that they impact iron absorption all day.  They also can make osteoporosis worse, lead to infections like pneumonia and colitis, and shouldn't be taken forever.  If you have reflux, you should consider an antireflux procedure or surgery.

Interaction: Taking Omeprazole decreases the amount of acid in your stomach and will reduce the amount of iron you absorb from the sangobion. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19262546.

anemia so i take iron tablet (sangobion ) for almost 5 mth, everyday take 1 tablet, going to do a retest for blood test next mth. will i overdose?

Anemia: Not all anemia is caused by iron deficiency- so i would advice you to get a bit work-up to find the cause of your anemia. If you do have iron deficiency anemia- then oral iron may hep you as long as you absorb and tolerate it. Depend on how low your iron is,  if you take it once a day for 5 month- i don't think you will overdose. But again, you will have blood work to be done soon, so you will see.

i am anemia , i took iron tablet sangobion for 6 weeks . i dun look pale n my face start to look redish, does it mean tat the iron tablet show effect?

It might: If your blood counts are returning to normal (or just improving), you should look "pinker." only real way to know for sure is with follow up blood test. 6 weeks is reasonable time to see if the iron is/has helped. Talk to your dr about repeat blood work.

Which side effect?: Constipation is one of the side effects, and it will go away, once you stop taking the pills, though you may address it taking fiber laxative. If you have other side effects, please describe what those are.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Find the cause: Low hemoglobin is not always due to iron deficiency, your doctor has to find the cause of the low hemoglobin and treat it if possible.

Are you anemic: Or even iron deficient? If not, iron likely won't help. Usually we dose iron in 3 month intervals, but it really depends on the underlying condition.
