None: I don't believe any facial exercise will affect the elasticity  or tone of your cheeks. You must accept it or consider plastic surgery.   If you're overweight, weight loss will definitely reduce the sagging.

It can be a very difficult time and someone who knows the ropes can be reassuring. i sang 12 hrs straight with practically no break and do it a lot. is this ok?

Voice coach: I agree with dr nguyen. But if you are singing this much it might be worthwhile to have an eval with a singing coach who is experienced or a speech pathologist. Often they can go over some techniques that can either help you maintain your voice or diagnose bad habits that will prevent you from abusing your vocal cords. Fyi world voice day is april 16th!

Yes you should be ok: If you are back to normal after drinking water and there is no pain, it seems no harm is done.If the pain comes back and persists than you consult your doctor or an ENT specialist.

AttentionToBreathing: Have you had singing lessons?I've heard it's a lot about proper breathing and use of the diaphragm to create the most efficient use of your lungs so that you don't strain too hard to sing high,which can give you a wicked  headache.May be related to time of day/night,how much sleep you've had (too much, too little),bright lights,etc. Maybe you don't like your own voice;for that I'd suggest earplugs

hi there my baby hasn't cried for a feed  since 9pm he is 10 weeks old he normally has his bottle every 2 and half hours but he slept after 9pm woke up for a bit i spoke and sang to him then he went to sleep again is this normal ?

Knee swelling: Your child may be noticing swelling in her knee. This could be a sign of arthritis.   Children often do not report pain and swelling is a more common symptom in kids with joint problems. Would recommend evaluation by pediatrician.

Are you 39?: If you are a minor - cohabitation with your parents is likely part of the deal. If you are an adult  than that type of close contact isn't necessary. I am not sure how healthy it is to "fake" a particular mental state. If you do have major mental problems ; don't conform your behavior to societal norms - would attempt to at least comply with social mores.
