Ginger Ale and Tea: Ginger can reduce nausea. Canada Dry ginger ale. Ginger 
Tea is available in supermarket. Sip slowly, it's strong. The tea contains more ginger that ginger ale.

Unlikely, but... : A 1997 study in the journal of infectious disease demonstrated that hpv-16 showed 100%, 50%, and 30% of infectivity when dehydrated on a surface for 1, 3, and 7 days, respectively, at room temperature. But the real-world transmissibility of  genital hpv when present on fomites such as towels, underwear, or gloves is unknown. I would be conservative, and take precautions to avoid trasmission.

Fever: Is among the most common symptoms seen in viral infections, COVID included. Headache may be related to the fever. Let your GP now so that  he or she can further corrdinate workup.

Good question!: The only issue is spreading to someone else. The virus does not live very long off the human body (out of the cold sore). It is contagious with direct contact mostly by touching or kissing.  That said, you don't want to share pillows with someone else when you have one.  I don't think the virus lives long enough to be active the next night when you sleep.

Deconditioned.: There is a theory that what you built from working out in one 7 days, you lose in one day of immobility. You are just deconditioned that you would need to build slowly and don't force things too fast. Your heart will slowly take it too. Decreased muscle tones decrease blood return when upright that the heart has to accommodate. Just take it slow.

Although it is the most contagious infection, it is usually self-limited and clears within 2 weeks.  Left on an inanimate object like sheets or a door handle, the virus can last anywhere up to 10 or more hours. If someone has pink eye, they sohuld not share utensils or linens and should use alcohol cleansers often.

An example is the flu; infected individuals can spread the flu virus from the day before they begin to feel ill until 3–7 days after the start of flu symptoms.
