Need examination: You need to be examined by a healthcare professional.  Sometimes earwax can block the canal and cause pressure, fullness, and hearing loss.  Alternatively there may be an infection there causing your symptoms.  Only way to know is to be seen by a doctor.  Good luck!

All abscesses : Require drainage for proper healing. Regardless of location.

: Leave it alone. The ulcer in the mouth will heal without any intervention on your part. It may cause you consternation when the "boil" ruptures, but swallowing the discharge will not do any harm.

i really don't feel well today, i woke up with a slight headache. i still have a weird chalky taste in my mouth and feel very tired and drained.

Malaise: If your symptoms persist beyond today, contact your physician for a comprehensive exam.  You may just be overworked, tired and "drained".  Also could be dehydration.  Start to drink lots of water to rehydrate, not coffee or soda, which will cause you to dehydrate.  No salt.  If you are a student (age 20), take the night off from studying and relax, then hit the books again tomorrow! rest and rest!

Bump: The only way to tell what the bump is is by seeing a dentist and have it evaluated.  Don't wait for it to get worse.

An infection ?: Can't tell if that is what you have. If so, it needs to be evaluated by a dentist. That tooth may have to come out, or it may need root canal therapy. Draining it will not solve the problem.

PND: It may be post nasal drip (pnd), some nasal sprays (flonase/nasonex for example) can be beneficial.  See your pcp.

oct 9 had ranula drained at dentist.  now have more small bubbles on left and right side of mouth - under tongue.

i dont know what is  happening. do i have ranula condition?

Possibly: It is next to impossible to diagnose problems such as these without an examination. You were treated less than a week ago, please go back to your treating dentist (or oral surgeon) for a post operative evaluation.

currently on tpn infusion, and limited to ice chips by mouth and sips of water w/meds no lg intestine, 5.5 ft of sm intestine in 3 unconnected segments, 2 drains still in place uni of mi surgical consult in 2 wks...will i ever eat again?
