Safe: What you proposed is safe. 
You may wish to take oral iron supplement and multivitamins to avoid iron deficiency anemia that is common with heavy periods.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Check with your  HCP: It may be wise to wait for any internal treatment until you contact your healthcare provider. Cryotherapy of the cervix may be associated with a significant discharge following the procedure. Check with your hcp first.

i had cervical cryotherapy for a single 2-minute round on friday for cin 2-3. i got my period the next day so it was heavy for a couple of days but now the flow is light. the doctor told me to avoid intercourse and tampons for 7-10 days. is this enou?

Atypical treatment: Typically CIN 3 would be treated with an excisional procedure such a LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure) or CKC (Cold knife conization). The idea is to remove all of the precancerous cells. Freezing procedures are typical reserved for less severe cases of cervical dysplasia.

Probably not yet: If your cryotherapy was just in the last few days, i would hold off on any oral or penetrating vaginal sex until you are more healed - you don't want to introduce infection and complicate matters. Being turned on, however, and "taking care of business" in all other ways is probably just fine (masturbating, vibrator, external stimulation).

This is safe: It is safe to use light flow tampons for normal (physiologic) discharge, as long as the tampon is removed after a few hours.
