Seek surgical eval : The best treatment may be for coccyx removal,if that was fractures. Radio frequency procedures would be a 2nd choice if surgery will not correct this

Sacral fracture: If truly stable then a sacral fracture can be treated with early weight-bearing as tolerated guided by pain. Certainly avoid any high-impact activity. Talk with your orthopedic surgeon to know for sure.

Lack of mobilization: Virchow's triad remains the reason for dvts which include hemodynamic stasis (from lack of mobilization secondary to pain), vascular injury and hypercoaguable states. Doppler ultrasounds of the lower extremities is the cheapest way to evaluate dvts, but we can't look at the big vessels in the pelvis, which is a huge limitation to this evaluation modality.

i have had an mri to establish the healing of my sacral fracture i now have throbbing pain in lower mid back with nausea is this connected ?

Likely not: The sacrum sits at the base of the spine and likely is not involved. Mid thoracic back pain with nausea could be your kidneys. I would have that evaluated.

Yes: The fracture of the si joint should b healed by now, and trochanteric bursitis may b painful but it is not a hindrance 4 child birth.

Stress fracture: Usually very painful in the low back area just above the tailbone.  Pain is usually worse with weight bearing or exercise.  Stress fractures can be treated and a physician should look for the underlying cause e.g. Osteoporosis.

Mechanism?: Did u have an injury to your sacrum or is this related to your previous 'spinal surgery'? Or is this an insufficiency ( osteopenic )fracture? Need more information to answer your question.Most sacral fractures are treated non operatively ( unless associated w/ other fractures of the pelvis... And 'displaced'. Best of luck!

Fractured Sacrum: After fracture it is recommended to rest and not to do any activities that can increase u discomfort. Physical therapy can be helpful , talk with u orthopedic physician , good luck.

Discuss with ortho: Would re see your orthopedist, or see one if you have not and discuss further care and therapies with him or her.

my last ex-rays showed that i have chronic left and right sacral and bilateral superior and inferior pubic rami fractures with callus. does that mean ?

See below: Chronic fractures mean that they are old and not new fractures.  The callus seen on X-ray is one sign that they are not new because callus is a term to describe bone healing around a fracture.  The locations of the bones described are in and around your pelvis.  I would not hesitate to discuss these findings directly with your doctor.
