Cyclic vomiting: After a check up w/doc or GI doc and other conditions are ruled out, it is possible that your friend has cyclic vomiting syndrome.  It is mysterious in origin but treatable. There are caring physicians available to help you.  To find a good one who deserves your trust, perhaps you can ask your friends for some names?

my 3 years old child diagnosed with few enlarged mesenteric nodes measuring 1.8x0.69 cm ?after eating he is complaining severe pain in stomatch.fever ,diorrehea and vomiting stopped after medication but pain continuous ?it's since from 4 days?

: Mesenteric adenopathy can take a month to resolve, so you have to be patient. Sometimes heat on the abdomen helps. sometimes gentle massage or just gently rubbing his tummy will provide relief. Keep diet somewhat bland, stay away from fried foods, foods with high fat content. Have him drink lots of water. Be patient.  It can take a month for all symptoms to subside.

Hepatobiliary diseas: Without knowing more of the history and result of tests impossible to speculate on the cause.  On the other hand, sounds like infection in the biliary tract and possibly the liver.
