Unfortunately not: No lab or vital sign measurement (Samsung just measures your heart rate) can diagnose or measure psychological stress by itself.  Heart rate varies quite a lot between individuals and within an individual during different activities, with temperature, with hydration...  
Best way to diagnose stress is to discuss with a councilor or a physician.

Unless u r pregnant: If your belly is big b/c you're pregnant, then it's not considered detrimental. However, belly fat is different from fat elsewhere in the body in that it's associated w/greater risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, death, etc. If your body shape is more like an apple w/typical beer belly, that's bad b/c all fat is inside surrounding your organs. It's ok if u r pear shaped w/fat on ur behind.

Probably none: Most Americans get the daily vitamins they need with eating.  Vitamins, particularly multi-vitamins, are useless. They usually do not hurt you.  Unless you are a strict vegetarian, pregnant, on a restricted diet,  are currently fighting cancer or some other illness, or have a definite proven deficiency, they are only good for the sellers.  Save your money and get a gym membership for best results

i read in the mens health that its wise to get the hpv vaccine as a male 26 or under. im going to be 27 in less than 2 months. is it too late?

Not too late: A person can discuss with his doctor about his level of risk and whether or not the vaccine would make good sense to get. Usually, if a person is having new contacts (HPV is usually caught via physical contact of the genitals or the mouth), the vaccine is a good idea. Above age 26 years, insurance companies in the US might not pay for it (vaccine becomes a self-pay item).

is it okay for me to take a male enhancement pill even if i had prostate cancer eight years ago and got the radio active seeds? i'm in my 60's.  my health seems to be great.

It : It is perfectly reasonable to use an ed medication such as cialis, levitra, (vardenafil) viagra if you are in otherwise good health.  Best wishes.

fell from a horse 2 wks ago & told had grade 3 spleen lac w/ lrg hematoma. surgery found to be a massive cyst and 3x larger then normal spleen. fall ruptured cyst. what causes these 2 conditions at the same time? no prior s/s or health issues.

Pre-existing cyst: Congenital abnormality which is prone to rupture when traumatized.
