Anatomic: Not if the repair is anatomic and you didn't suffer an injury to the articular cartilage of the talus at the time of the injury. It's usually impossible to tell if there has been any cartilage damage actutely and if there is it can take decades to be experienced clinically or be seen on plain films.

Severe: Severe in the sense that in order to disrupt both the main lateral ankle ligament (atfl) and injure the deltoid means that you almost completely dislocated your ankle.

Depends: There is a big difference between ligaments and tendons.  Tendons connect muscles to bones, if certain tendons are torn they need to be treated surgically (achilles, biceps, rotator cuff).  Ligaments are the ropes that connect bones to bones, many times these heal on their own.

They essentially : Mean the same thing. The diagniosis is made is ultrasound or MRI. Treatments could include a cam walker boot, some give PRP injections. The latest treatment also includes biologicals with stem cells from placental tissue.

Not necessarily: Surgery should be used if progressive nerve or spinal cord problems, and especially if bladder gets involved, but not the best idea to control pain, as postop scarring may make things far worse.  A european study showed disc shrinkage at 9-10 months if no surgery.  Try to learn mckenzie back exercises from a quality physical therapist, and consider starting your exercise in a pool first.

Yes: If u sprained your ankle ligament(s)it depends on the severity of the sprain. Generally an acute more severe ankle sprain can be tx. In a cam walker for 7-10 days followed by a period of mobilization/bracing and therapy. Severe( grade3.)ankle sprains may take 4-6 wks. To heal. See your ors.

The report: Should indicated whether the tear is partial or complete. Just from what you describe, i would suspect it is complete but your doctor should be able to tell you definitively.

ACL injury: A full thickness tear and a full thickness rupture are essentially the same thing.   To answer the first question, yes, you have torn your ACL.
