Yesterday i had frequent normal movements, today i suddenly had bad gas pains in my stomach and chest and then loose stools. ive been worrying a lot also. what could this be?

It is more likely a combination with something you ate, like a lit of greenery or beans. It is possible it is all related to stress and your focus on it.  Work on developing a regular practice of relaxation, medication, yoga, mindlessness ect, Focus on the positive, consider getting involved in counseling, to help optimize your self care practice that needs to be developed and nurtured. Too much gas since a month.stomach bloating&lower stomach&back pain.no fever or vomit.loose stools once a while.have ibs history but never this severe.lot of work stress&less sleep.mornings are worse.should i get endo and colonoscopy done?is this ibs

If you’ve had abdominal pain and other signs of IBS for at least 3 months, you may have it. Hx of Bloody diarrhea, weight losss, nocturnal diarrhea needs to  be investigated for malignancy, celiac disease, IBD..
The researchers did find that 2.5 percent of IBS patients older than 35 had a disease called microscopic colitis, which req. different RX.  In your case Colon may be indicated.

I am 33 year old male, have had loose stools (not watery) for years. stomach growling/gas/acid reflux/mild cramps, hemrroids. is this colon cancer?

Symptoms of  loose  stools ;  abdominal cramps in young adult male suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome. Intestinal cancer would be most unusual.  Personally, i would be interested in history of extreme sports participation ; chronic low back pain, which I have found concommitent with these symptoms in young adult males. The symptoms suggest that a primary medical doctor evaluation is in order.

Can omeprozole cause stomach upset gas and loose stools. doctor prescribed for gerd symptoms but actually feel worse . did not have stomach upset or gas and loose stools. with other symptoms. also, found out i have gall stones after ultrasound ?

Those symptoms can occur in a variety of gastrointestinal complaints, & a diagnosis would involve a detailed history & a physical. General information that may or may not apply in your case: Protrusions from the anus frequently are hemorrhoids, but can be rectal prolapse (rectal tissue). Short-term nausea/diarrhea can be viral gastroenteritis, but many, many other causes exist.

Sounds like a viral gastroenteritis.  Need to replace fluids lost in diarrhea and consider taking loperamide to control symptoms.  Seek care if unable to do this or you find blood in stool or high fever.

Could be irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, gastroenteritis, food poisoning, just to name a few. You would need to see a physician for appropriate physical exam and tests.

I get really bad stomach noises and gas. is there a cause for this? the noises happen frequently all the time no pause. it comes with some flatulence and diarrhoea sometimes?

The noises come from pronounced peristaltic waves of the intestinal tract. They may be hyperactive caused by irritable bowel syndrome or intolerance of certain types.of foods leading to increased gastrointestinal gas formation and bouts of loose stools. A gastroenterologist can evaluate & advise you best.
