If you have a protective ( high)  IgG rubella titer you never have to worry about getting rubella during pregnancy and that disease hurting the baby (real bad stuff).

Why tested for CA125: Ca 125 is a controversial test..So it is not advised unless there is some other  evidence of ovarian cancer. Your results(for whatever reason it was checked?) are still in the normal range but may provoke some anxiety now that someone made the mistake to do it in the first place. I have no idea why rubella was tested and what it means in your case.An ultrasound of the ovaries may be your best guid.

The igm should be repeated and you can ask for a nasal or throat swab sent for culture. Ask your ob! did you/do you have a rash or symptoms?

Protection: Igg antibody indicates that she has good protection against rubella and this is good especially for a pregnant woman.  In the future, if you have questions, you should ask the doctor who ordered the test since he knows more about the specific circumstances than an outsider.

Unlikely: The IgM will eventually drop off a month or two after primary infection so absence at 19 weeks doesn't tell you much about early pregnancy. Unless you were ill with rubella during that period I would not expect it.This pair of tests are often done in pregnancy and your results is what they expect from someone who received the vaccine as a kid or had the disease before pregnancy.

See details: The igg means little by itself and often just means previous exposure. If the igm is negative you have no worries. If it is positive you may have active issues. My guess is that the igg is not important.
