Be nice to it: Surface skin damage by over-doing the alcohol or peroxide should heal up by itself (but color will be irregular) if the person is nice to the skin and doesn't further irritate it. People usually try some plain white cream on the irritated skin, such as a facial moisturizer cream. Decreasing inflammation can also help, such as by using hydrocortisone cream a couple times a day for a few days.

No!: Tinea versicolor is a fungal infection. We see it commonly in florida, where people may share beach towels. Although many fungal creams can be applied, an effective and economical alternative is dandruff shampoo (e.g. Head and shoulders). Skin conditions can have many presentations, so be sure you have the correct diagnosis.

They already dead: Those cells are already dead once they reach superficial layer of the skin.

If you must,Yes.: These are broadly antiseptic.Unless you using for specific reason, I do not see any need to put them on your scalp.

Wound: you can use hydrogen peroxide to cleanse your wound or you can use rubbing alcohol but you may want to use one or the other, not both together

Killing bacteria: Hydrogen peroxide is useless for the purpose that you describe. It is good for removing blood. Alcohol will kill bacteria. However, a few drops of bleach in a cup of water would do better than the others.

hi i spilled hydrogen peroxide on my finger and mixed with alcohol and bleach and now my finger is literally white.. i already washed but not working?

Bleach ?: Hydrogen peroxide and the bleach agent probably were additive in causing the bleating effect and the discoloration. If will take few days for the damaged cells to fall down and the new cells to grow and give back the original color . Wait for atlas 1 week to 10 days for some nice noticeable change in color.

Ear cleaning: There is no reason to use either product to clean the ears. Mild soap and water is more than enough. You should not be forcing materials into the ear canal other than water.  Sometimes hydrogen peroxide might to used to clean if blood was in the ear. Alcohol will irritate the ear.

Both will kill germs: Both hydrogen peroxide and alcohol will help kill bacteria.  The peroxide can be a bit strong/caustic, so I prefer a salt solution or alcohol.  As for twisting, this is to help prevent build up of debris and scar tissue, but this is less important than keeping things clean.  Good luck!
