Exam: time for a pelvic exam and BC/STD review. You may have a vaginal irritation or infection, you may have chaffing from intercourse or dryness, from lack of sexual secretions. ALWAYS use at least condoms PLUS spermicidal foam, jelly, or vaginal inserts. If you are newly active, I would suspect irritation from friction; however, this requires examination

Infection: Sounds like you have another infection and need a different antibiotic. Get seen soon for treatment.  Bacterial infections will not go away on their own, usually, and can get worse if untreated.

Show your dentist: Could be inflammatory, could be opening of salivary duct, wart, cyst,  "white lesion leukoplakia" , pre-cancerous. Could be response to chronic irritation from teeth, dentures, etc. Didn't mention if you smoke use drugs like meth, dip tobacco, abuse mouthwash, chew betel nuts,  or have other risk factors for oral cancer. May be something, may be nothing much. Show your dentist.

: Have you been a smoker? Have you had recurrent irritation of your inner cheeks ( buccal mucosa)? Is there whitish discoloration there? It's unlikely to be malignancy, but conditions like keratosis or leukoplakia come to mind. Have your dentist check you or consult an oral surgeon for evaluation &amp; advice.

Fissure?: Sounds like you might have an anal fissure-small tear in lining, common with passage of any hard object, in or out of anus! often heals with conservative therapy, but should be checked if persistent pain.  Other possibilities might be inflamed or thrombosed hemorrhoid, or even an std, so get it checked if it doesn't heal soon.
