Need to speak w/ Dr: You need to speak with your physician about adjusting your medication or find another psychiatrist if he or she is unwilling to make changes.    You need to be on. medication and have some therapy. Needs to be done soon.

Infection: Can take as long as 48-72 hours for antibiotics to begin reducing spread of infection.  If source I'd SN infected tooth, pills alone will not eliminate infection.  Treatment of the tooth itself will be required.  Sometimes additional or different antibiotic required.  Tell your dentist about your pain and swelling now.

Washing sheets:  There are MANY different opinions about how often sheets should be washed. Most recommended anywheres from every 2 weeks, to more often than weekly. It was recommended that pillow cases be washed more often - usually at least 2 to 3 times per week.  However, if soiled or you have infectious disease - wash more often. If the sheets are "yucky" I would wash them.

Many options: Acne during teen and young adult  years is not uncommon.  Usually when you  reach young adult years the acne calms down.  Remember washing your face daily is very important.  If you can afford an over the counter acne soap that may be helpful.  Also around the house items include diluted Apple Cider Vinegar as well as Egg Whites.

Get an Rx instead: Over-the-counter preparations do not work well. I start with topical Clindamycin with or without a retinoic acid derivative. If needed after a few weeks, consider adding an oral antibiotic such as Erythromycin or tetracycline / Minocycline as suitable for the individual. Dermatologists have the big guns -- accutane, lasers. Freedom from acne should be a person's right. Good luck.

Missing data: You get the most from your questions when you provide specific information that supports them. How much fever &amp; for how long. Fever is a natural defense mechanism of the body that speeds the heart rate causing increased blood flow which brings healing factors fight illness. Fever by itself is not a problem. A cold bath can actually trigger shivering and increase fever.

Can you clarify?: This is very weak stuff and if you're still having acne, move to something stronger. Salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and/or retinoic acid are your best friends. If they don't clear you in a few weeks, or if you have severe acne or it's on your trunk, your physician can add something stronger that will work. Best wishes.
