Stay away: There are many alternatives to mall use; I am aware of several friends who have not been to one in years.  Otherwise you will have to expose yourself time after time to very limited  parts of the mall until you figure out what place there is causing the problem.

You could get help by working with a psychiatrist -- along with a psychotherapist if the psychiatrist does not also do psychotherapy.  There are very good treatments for these conditions.

Any growth last yr.?: If no growth at all in the past year, then growth has finished. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height.
