Cellulite: There is not a great option for removing cellulite.  There are treatments that help Exilis, Liposuction, etc.  Cellulite is caused by fibrous bands connecting skin to deeper tissues.  Disrupting those bands helps, as does decreasing the fatty tissues in the area removing some of the tension on the bands.   I've had some success with Exilis, Liposuction, and direct release of the offending bands.
