Could have been: If u were my pt would do an ultrasound to make sure uterus is clean, if it is then u are done and if you are rh- then u need a shot of rhogam, if there is anything left in the uterus u need it removed which  your doc could prob do in the office.

Well: The pregnancy likely stopped evolving at 5-6 weeks though you were 11 weeks pregnant, these usually pass on their own, Misoprostol at 800 mcg vaginally can speed things up but at 5-6 weeks it doesnt always come at once leading to heavy bleeding and a d@c.  Don't worry, ask about misoprostol, look it up, and get some pain medication to expedite.  Sorry for your bad news.

i have ptt level high i.e 47 which is leading to miscarriages . is there a way to reduce it and bring down to the normal level permanently ? pls suges

High ptt: There are many causes of miscarriage. A high ptt is something that should be investigated among other things for general health, not only miscarriage. The reasons for high PTT can be autoimmune disease, liver disease, including hepatitis or other liver infection or infestation. This is something that should be looked at by your doctor or a hematologist.
