on my side the fat on my skin ripped and created a little hole. sometimes green slimy stuff comes out and it doesn't close. how can i close it?

You can not close it: You can not close it and I suggest you get it checked by your doctor.It might have been an infected cyst or a boil which bursted and leaking green puss.You may need antibiotics if indicated on exam by your doctor.Ask your parents to take you to your Pediatrician

Force: Obviously, any type of force, like severe forceful sex, can cause skin trauma.  Activities like "dry humping" would increase the risk of cuts/abrasions too.  Sometimes, the skin just gets dry itself and lacerations can occur as well.  If any discharge, no non healing areas, than see a dr. For an evaluation of the area, best wishes.

Simply stop doing it: It would not cause serious problem. But you'd better cover it with bandaid to let it regrow. I assume it did not cause bleeding yet.

It is: Sometimes we see the dry crusting with MRSA (staph) of the nose. Try using a salene spray several times a day and blow rather than pick.  If it persists, go see your doctor.

Wound Care: Stop bleeding by applying pressure. Rinse wound w clean water. Clean surrounding skin w soap &amp; water on wash cloth. Remove debris w tweezers. If material remains in wound – seek medical care. Apply antibiotic ointment. Initially cover w bandage until some healing has occurred. Change bandage when soiled/ wet or at least daily. Need tetanus shot if you haven't had one in last 10 years, don't know

Heat Intolernace: Go to your doctor, and find out why this happening to you. Some of  the causes include High Thyroid Hormone(Hyperthyroid), Autonomic Nervous System  Dysfunction  , Early Menopous, some medications etc.

No: You will have to have the skin sewn together with stitches. You might want to see a plastic surgeon for this.

Don't rip it : Best to leave it alone. The tongue is very vascular meaning there are lots of blood vessels. You can bleed quite a bit from a tongue injury.  Leave it alone and the body will heal itself.

Hard to say : How long is the cut? Are the edges of the skin “approximated” or “touching each other?” Could you put a dime into the space between the edges of skin? When was your last tetanus shot?
