: Although the fact that the pain is worse with movement might suggest a musculoskeletal cause, there are many organs in that area and it would require a visit to see your physician to try to begin sorting it out. Good luck.

i am 20 i have a light pain in my right upper abdomen below my abs sometimes its in line to my belly button i could feel pain sometime and sometimes i cant it been about a month i dont have any other symptoms like diarrhoea and anything else?

: Right upper abdominal pain may be due to lots of things: constipation (even though you have have regular bowel movements), gall bladder disorders (such as cholecystitis), muscle strain, and pelvic/ovarian pain.  Sometimes "referred" pain from your bladder, cervix  (UTI or STI) or kidneys (kidney stone?) is responsible.  Try to correlate pain with foods/drink ingested, exercise, time of month.

No problem: When original approach t GB employed, syxtic and cystic artery were free tied.  Now with either open or laparoscopic procedure, clips are employed.  These are non reactive , usually titanium which cause no inflammation and rarely dislodge.  Even then there are no associated complications.  It is now considered normal to see vascular clips on a scan of an operative site.

Not satisfied?: Your doctor has the benefit of having examined you--we of course cannot. If you feel a more thorough exam is warranted, or your doctor did not adequately address your concern, get another local opinion with a hands-on assessment.

Right sided pain: Gallbladder would be more likely - particularly if the pain begins after eating. Unless there is underlying liver disease or injury, liver as a source is less likely. See your physician. Ultrasound may determine if gallstones are present.

See a surgeon: Hemangioma are usually painless; it is something else like gallbladder disease etc. Needs full evaluation and work up. Thank you.

RUQ ABD PAIN: First of all, it is important to distinguish pain that is emanating from the abdominal wall/muscles versus the intra-abdominal organs.  If it is the latter, the gallbladder, liver, and colon are probably the top 3 organs responsible for pain in that area.  Bottom line:  as much as we would like to help, nothing can replace a face-to-face examination from a doctor to get to the bottom of this.

Impossible to tell: An abdominal mass needs immediate evaluation. It is impossible to tell whether the lung is innocuous or serious until a doctor evaluates it.

Many causes : Abdominal pain in young women is common and can be a serious condition. If this is persistant you should seek medical attention for examination, blood tests and likely ct scanning pending those results.
