Back and leg pain : It's difficult to determine the true cause of your leg pain, but it can be associated with the back. Please have yourself evaluated by the spine docs at rothman / jefferson.  They'll take good care of you and can determine the true cause. Hopefully stretching and pt will do the trick then!

See a osteopathic DR: If you have hip pain, and knee pain too on both sides of your body, and low back pain, it would be a very good idea to see osteopathic physician, who can evaluate, and treat you and offer solutions. You may need imaging if it's severe. If not, s/he can get you out of pain, and provide immediate relief quickly. It will depend on your medical, trauma, social, dietary history.

You have sciatica.: Sorry you are suffering from this...There are several common causes of sciatica ranging from sacroiliac to irritation of the spinal nerves from a herniated disk. If your pain does not get better, if numbness affects the crotch, or if you have bowel or bladder difficulty then you need a surgical evaluation, otherwise your primary care provider can take care of getting your sciatica to cool down.

Muscle fatigue: you need to stretch before any running or exercise.
pain in the arm could repetitive motion specially if you use a computer or a keyboard.rest every couple of hours and stretch your arm and your hand
your leg could be spasm make sure that you eat banana and drink orange juice they are rich in potassium that is needed for the muscle to work properly
occasionally take ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen).

More information nee: The back pain radiating to the left leg may occur with a disc or spur in the vertebral area pressing on a nerve root. There is no direct anatomic connection between the left leg and the left shoulder. Therefore all of these pains may not be interrelated. It's best for your friend to see a physician who will take a thorough history and perform an examination and do appropriate tests for diagnosis.

Lasix (furosemide): If you diurese from Lasix (furosemide) and wash out potassium, calcium and magnesium; you could get severe cramps causing pains as you describe.
