tingly, weakness, paraesthesias down my left arm, left side of face feels numb, itchy, dizziness, weakness, noise sensitive. emg-c8 radiculopathy, mri brain normal, mri spine- osteophytes, and arthritis c5-6. could this causing these symptoms?

: I feel a neurologist or neurosurgeon can best sort out these issues for you after an examination &amp;review if your MRI and EMG. . The upper extremity symptoms are characteristic of cervical radiculopathies but facial symptoms, dizziness &amp; noise sensitivity aren't.

Numb: Sorry but your question was cut off. Several things come to mind, from pinched nurve in neck to neurologic issues. Might be worth while to consult a neurologist.

See Dr ASAP: If these are acute issues, go to er now.  You could have a couple things, including possibly a stroke. In that case, a ct could be done first an then an MRI aafter 24 to 48 hours after symptom onset. You should also have MRI of your neck in case a mass is causing pressure causing some of these same issues. Emg will be beneficial later on when serious things are ruled out. Hope all is well.

Low blood oxygen : These are typical signs of sleep apnea, a condition which involve periods of ten seconds or more without breathing (apnea) and periods of time with shallow breathing and a significant decrease in blood oxygen levels (hypopnia). This condition can be diagnosed by a sleep specialist with either an overnight at home sleep test or at a sleep clinic utilizing a full psg.

Face weak.: Lots of reasons for neck pain but if the left side of your face is weak then you need to see a doctor right away. Weakness in your facial muscles is not normal and could be signs of a stroke. There are other causes but you should be seen soon. Bells palsy can also present as weakness. Either way you need a doctor to evaluate this and right now. Early detection is very important.

Bell's palsy?: It is possibly Bell's palsy which can be caused by Lyme disease.  I would go to your doctor or urgent care to be checked.

: Difficult to say without a proper exaination,  Weakness in face and same side leg and food with numbness is 
VERY VERY rare.  I would discuss with local surgery and get a quick neruo exam as a start.

MRI brain with FLAIR: The facial tingling and response to hot shower is concerning. Your neurologist will want to do a good exam and get an MRI of the head to exclude MS or clinically isolated syndrome.

No: A pinched nerve in the neck would not cause leg symptoms. Spinal cord compression may.
