Probably: Pelviectasis is a general term used to describe dilation of the renal pelvis, or collecting system of the kidney and, generally, is clinically insignificant. 
Hydronephrosis also refers to dilation of the renal pelvis, But has the added connotation that the pathology was caused by an obstructive process, such as a kidney stone or in your case the peripelvic cyst of Rt kidney. Unremarkable finding.

Needs further eval: It's possible you still may have a gallbladder issue or even trapped gas in the right colon. A HIDA scan would be needed if your doctor felt it warranted.  Sometimes gas can get trapped in the right colon as it tends to ride high and dipback down as it traverses the abdomen.

See Dr 4 Colon exam: It is helpful to list your age. Are your stool patterns normal? What makes the pain better? What makes the pain worse. Your best advice is to see a doctor who can perform or arrange for a colonoscopy exam after performing a history and physical on you.

Could be gas: Sometimes gas can be caught in the bend of the large intestine in that area.... And be painful or mononucleosis can cause spleen enlargement which can be uncomfortable as well. If it persists then be seen.

Left side pain: Left upper side pain can be many many things. First what do you mean by the side , people mean different things. You need to be examined with a detailed history how long is lasted other symptoms. It could be your lung, your kidney , your liver, your gallbladder :as i said many things. Good luck.

Very strange symptom: UAdler, you are of an age where seemingly minor abdominal complaints could be quit serious.  I would advise you to seek a medical examination, ESPECIALLY if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, or any other medical conditions or have any changes at all in your appetite or bowel habits. Key : Key components to classify pain would be if there is any fever involved or not, your age, your medical history, and the results of your last colonoscopy, if any.

Grain: It is possible you may have celiac disease if you react to grain with a swollen abdomen have your doctor check it out.
