my right-sided forehead has been twitching on and off for the last two weeks. i also have a dull headache on the right side of my head near my temple. occasionally when i move my neck in a certain way i get facial pain behind my ear,neck,shoulder?

How long last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. You all will figure it out.Ask about migraine.

i have extreme facial pain when i lightly touch the left side of my face. the pain travels through my jaw, behind my ear and to the lower portion of my head. why is this happening?

See a doctor: If you don't have weakness on that side of face then it could be an inflammation of the nerve on that side of face. It is called neuralgia. Please go and see a doctor or go to Urgent care right away. It needs to be aggressively  treated.

Nerve pain: It sounds like nerve pain, maybe trigeminal neuralgia. Be checked and once you are diagnosed be treated. All the best.

Warrants  evalution: Further questioning and exam indicated to make a diagnosis.  The ice pick symptoms and location make me wonder about trigeminal neuralgia.   A good headache diagnostician is indicated.  Prevention and treatment often very successful with headaches.

Migraine?: Although recurrent headaches are the mainstay of migraine, a migraine is not just simply a headache. Rather, it should be viewed as an attack that is accompanied by various neurological and non-neurological features as well as headache. Any headache must be viewed as a valid medical disorder and the headache assessment must be comprehensive.
Rec. See a headache or orofacial pain specialist.

Possibilities: Include sinus pressure.  Hydrate and try nasal saline sprays.  If not feeling better, get it checked.

Sinusitis: Your symptoms can be secondary to chronic sinusitis, i suggest you see an alergist.

: If imaging shows obstructive changes in the Eustachian tube, see an ENT physician for a complete workup. Augmentin may not be the appropriate antibiotic if infection is present.

getting mri for face pain suspected atypical tn but getting headaches and fatigue. temple is very painful to touch with some swelling. another cause?

Maybe: There is an autoimmune disease known as temporal arteritis, or giant-cell arteritis, which is unusual in people &lt;70 and exceedingly rare in people &lt;50, but occasional cases in younger people have been reported. With signs and symptoms like yours, it would be prudent to rule it out. The MRI, if the right part of the head is imaged, may actually be helpful.
