Inguinal pain: This could still be a hernia.  It is difficult to diagnose an inguinal hernia in females, however they are not uncommon.  Be sure to see an experienced general surgeon if the symptoms continue or worsen.  It is important to have a pelvic ultrasound to evaluate the pelvis to rule out gynecological pathology.

Recheck: Would appear you are having sx that alter your lifestyle and habits. Would call physician and get reevaluation.

This does sound: like it may be coming from your ovary or another pelvic organ, and you should definitely be checked and probably have at least an ultrasound.  There are some urinary or back arthritis problems that can feel similar, but unless the pain is very severe, nausea and heaving are not normal.  See a FP, or if you have one, a gynecologist first.  Don't delay, and good luck!

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Ovarian cyst: Most small ovarian cysts "go away" of their own volition. However, since you are having pain, a twisted cyst is a possibility worth a GYN MD exam to verify or not.

Other possibilities: Your doctor is treating you for PID. Additional testing such as a pelvic ultrasound would be required to rule out other causes for your pain (ex. ovarian cyst or tumor). Could be related : Pain in your ovary when you sneeze can be due to normal ovulation, inflammation, a cyst; if other symptoms such as fever, pain, also could be an infection.  If it persists or symptoms worsen, see your obgyn.

Ultrasound: Time to call your OB-Gyn or seek help in an urgent care walk in center or ER. If you have not had an initial ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy, that needs to be done.
