Get checked out: You may have exercise induced asthma, and all other treatment/ suggestions would be futile.  Always start new exercise slowly and listen to your body.

Pleurisy?: If pain increases on breathing sneezing etc it is pleuritic and lung inf like pneumonia should be ruled out or if u had some trauma it could be rib contusion or fracture please get a chest xray.

Pleurisy or other dx: Pain with breathing is called 'pleuritic pain'. Pleurisy or pneumonia can cause inflammation of the 'lung lining' so it is important to distinguish these 2 causes. Pneumonia usually has other symptoms: cough/fever/fatigue/short of breath. A chest xray can help make the diagnosis. The treatment for pleurisy is 'anti-inflammatories' (nsaids) such as aleve (naproxen). Hope you are better soon!

Sorry to hear you are feeling pain with your lung. I think the first thing you could try is laying on your left side instead of your right and possibly propping up your mattress with pillows. But more importantly, I think you should consider discussing with your physician to see if you need a chest x-ray to see if there is anything going on that is causing your symptoms. Hope this helps

Poor control: This is due to airway inflammation. Cold air is a trigger for the airways to go into spasm in poorly controlled asthma. You should be on a controller  inhaler medication, usually  an inhaled corticosteroid.

Need to see Doc ASAP: Right lung pain may suggest pneumonia, pleurisy, blood clots etc. Needs medical evaluation as soon as possible. Below the diaphragm pathology/diseases are of concern too, like abscess, hiatal hernia, gastritis etc.

Right lung pain: This does not sound serious.  The pain may be originating in your ribs, the lung or the lining of your lungs (pleura).  Did you recent have a fall or hurt your self, or a recent cold or infection with cough.  Try not to worry, but if it gets worse then see your doctor for a check up.

Doctor should check: One possibility is symptoms of partial pneumothorax (collapsed lung). Symptoms may include sharp chest pains (especially with breathing), a dry cough, and shortness of breath. If the leaked air is compressing the lungs and heart, it is a tension pneumothorax and symptoms may include a very anxious looking person with trouble breathing or talking, swollen veins in the neck, &amp; bluish skin color.

Dysphagia: You may feel the pain in your chest, but it is not in your lung, it is in your esophagus, if the problem persists, you need to see your doctor.

Many things.: Could have fluid around the lung, a blood clot, a partial collapse of your lung, pneumonia, or just a strain of your chest.  Should probably see your doc and discuss - consider CXR.
