my right leg is noticeably larger than my left.  it feels heavier than the left leg as well. it gets more fatigued during exercise. is there any possibility this could be anything other than  lymph edema ?

Yes: It could be a blood clot of some type or a blockage of your blood vessels close to where your leg attaches to your pelvis.  It's critically important that the source of your symptoms are identified and treated.  See your doctor asap.

Cramps: Sounds like you are having muscle cramps. Be sure you have sufficient hydration and electrolyte replacement (calcium, magnesium, potassium). Do gentle stretching of your legs several times daily. Please let us know if thus does not  work

: A reasoned answer would require a review of past and current history, exam and possible tests. There is more than one possible cause and some are more worrisome than others. get an evaluation and the cause &amp; possible treatments could be provided.

The way to get: Around this is to incorporate unilateral(one sided) training.  This will allow you to focus more on the weak side without allowing the stronger side to compensate.  For basically every exercise out there, there is both a bilateral and unilateral version.

Many causes: This could be from many causes, including one leg being longer than the other, flat feet, high arched feet, tibio varum (bow legs) and problems with other joints such as the knee or hip.  I recommend you see a podiatrist for evaluation.

The: Whole leg coloring discrepancy would be rare unless your work require you to drive around on passenger  seat and you where wearing shorts. Should see a dermatologist for a closer look.

been getting goosebump patches down left leg for months now. at first it was the right leg. i also have piriformous syndrome and notice when i dont stretch i get them more often. anyone know what this is and how to fix? super worried?

: Those skin patches are less likely associated with pyriformis syndrome. The goose bumps are just raised hair follicles and normally they are present evenly on skin surface, not in patches. You may have a condition called keratosis pilaris which is harmless. While there's no cure, it often clears up on its own. You should see a dermatogist for the accurate diagnosis.

Disk degeneration?: Possible degenerative lower disk disease see your doc - esp. If any bowel or bladder incontinence or foot drop. Also try lying flat on your back on carpet without a pillow and bend knees for 4 hours - may resolve problem.

Myofascial pain: You might have a neuromuscular trigger point (myofascial pain) that when activated (muscle used) cause pain in the area and also at a distance. Sometimes it can be also a pinched nerve.

Hair: Probably yes! Most likely there is an issue with blood flow to your legs. See your doctor soon.
