Inadequate info.: You did not give enough information about what test was done and why it was done. The report may mean there is blockage of the right Fallopian tube or it may just mean the person is simply describing what was seen on a test that may have been done for something else. It is possible not enough dye was put to show the tubes. It is best to talk with your doctor.

: It means the dye (contrast) did not go through because of the blockage in your right fallopian tube.
When you have a radiology test with contrast, thing in your body with contrast will be shown on film and it is called opacified.

: Sounds like an imaging study of your Fallopian tubes. The left one may not be patent but R may be OK. But as I have not seen the study I am only guessing.  Done to investigate pregnancy or ability to get pregnant.  Discuss with your team who ordered it as I cannot see it, talk and examine u. So I am making blind guess. Wish I could help more. Ovaries: Ovaries are the organ that ovulate, and not fallopian tubes.  Absence of feeling it does not mean you don't ovulate on the right side.  Also, even if you only have 1 tube, the egg from the other side can still be picked up by that tube.

An egg = 1 cell: When ovulation occurs it is one cell. This is very very very small. It will simply be absorbed.

Fertility testing: This is difficult to answer without seeing the radiology image but it sounds like your right fallopian tube is normal but that your left tube may be blocked.  I would recommend following up with a gyn/rei to further discuss the results and the plan.

my friend hsg report : "left fallopian tube is seen upto terminal end.scanty spillage of contrast is senn on left side.and right fallopian tube with hydrosalphix in terminal end.restricted spillage of contrast is seen on right side" is it normal?

: This report confirms significant tubal disease, possibly from prior pelvic infection.  See a reproductive endocrinologist, as laparoscopic or open abdominal surgery sometimes can correct the obstructions.  Another solution is invitro fertilization (IVF), but this can be expensive.  See your gyn provider, as intervention is probably necessary.

recently i am diagnosed with hydrospinx in right fallopian tube.i had laproscopy 3years back to remove fibroid.can it be the reason of blocked tube?

Possibly: Look at operative note and see location.
If near tube site that makes it more likely.
There are also other causes: infections, tumors, new fibroids etc.
Discuss with your gyn.

Yes: Your hydrosalpinx should be treated to avoid complication(s)  speak to your doctor  ,  add   yes spontaneous pregnancy is possible if block is removed in the tubes , unfortunately fertilized ovum will have hurdles to return to  uterus good luck.
