Clarify: Do you mean you whole eye looks smaller or just the pupil? Does your eyelid FEEL heavy or just droop? Sounds like it could be a Horner's syndrome. I don't really know how the twitching fits in here, but definitely have it looked at. It could be something serious.

Nerve irritation: Is not infrequent , most of the time is mild inflamation 
Injury of nerves around the eye , specially after sudden change of temperature , dry eyes , after spending to much time on computer or other activity with no frequent blinking and poor tearing , occasionally after viral URI.  Most if the time benign.

Lots of things: Twitching comes from lots of things.  Too much caffeine, dry eyes, corneal problems, and problems with the balance of salts in your bloodstream. If it persists you should see your eyemd or your personal doctor.

See your PCP ASAP: could be a very mild ischemic stroke which is more common in the population. See your doctor ASAP for examination, tests and treatment if needed.

There is no evidence that apple cider will help this.  A good treatment for spasm has been Botox injections into the eyelid muscles.  If your symptoms are bad enough, ask your ophthalmologist about this.
