is it possible that allergies cause right ear feels numb?

Ear numbness: Allergic reactions within the sinus cavity can cause fluid to accumulate in the ear canal behind the ear drum (eustachian tube). This can cause pain, fullness or decreased hearing however; numbness is an unusual way to descibe these possible symptoms. An ENT physician appointment might be a ggod place to start concerning an evaluation.

had covid in october, since thenmy right ear is clogged/feels like numb when brushing teeth/continuous noise in ear/the ear pressure is not equalized/q-tip at times helps to unclog it, it gets better/worse, some wax inside. whats the cause? relief?

: There may be wax in the ear canal which conducts sound to the tympanic membrane. The removal may include an over the counter ear wax removal kit. If this does not relieve the chronic symptoms, a follow up appointment with your PCP or with ENT is recommended.

Could be the jaw: The numbness you feel could be around your ear and not your actual ear. Sometimes jaw spasm or jaw joint symptoms can lead to the feeling of numbness. Check with your doctor or see an ENT specialist for an evaluation.

Exam: I would suggest an examination by a trained physician.   The most common cause would be nerve compression from sleeping on a folded ear or cervical ( neck) nerve issues: in wither case you must be examined and evaluated.

i have been having tingling and numbness on my head above my right ear also get migraines everyday, should i be worried?

Is this new?: If the tingling &amp; numbness are on the same side as the pain, the symptoms are likely part of your migraine syndrome. Have you been diagnosed with migraines or did you just diagnose yourself? Do you have headaches "every day," or do you have "everyday" headaches &amp; also a less frequent kind of headache? (Bad spelling can ruin your health, you know.)

Sleep on right side?: If this happens only when you are lying on your pillow, be sure that your earlobe is not folded . Perhaps you need a softer pillow.  If you tend to sleep on the right side, this would likely be the cause for your problem. 
You need to clarify also whether the tingling awakes you from your sleep or noted only after you are awake.

Nerve problem?: There are several nerves that control sensation of the external ear. If the ear gets numb, there is likely a problem with one of these nerves. See a doctor to figure out the cause.
