Possible: Have you had your period yet?  If not, i would recommend you get a pregnancy test to rule it out.  Yes, you could be pregnant that soon (one month) and need to find out.  If not pregnant, see your doc about what it could be.

Rsided pain in pregn: May be positional just where the uterus is hitting on your anatomy. or stretching ligaments   or pushing on bladder, colon, appendix   The baby is more protected because of the amniotic fluid is a cushion. But for any pains during pregnancy especially at this stage when there is viability call you OB this AM check for UTI, fetal position, appendix, gallbladder

Many possible: Pelvic/abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding are most common symptoms. These are rarely present with an early ectopic though, so if there's reason for concern about ectopic consult your doctor, do not rely on symptoms.

is it safe to have a tooth pulled/extracted during pregnancy? i have a broken tooth that needs to be removed it is causing my whole right side pain

Yes: Yes you can have dental work including an extraction during pregnancy.  Your body is under more stress and for a much longer time period if you delay the extraction.  Your oral surgeon will know what type of anesthesia to use and what pain medications you  can take.

It could help dx: If you are pregnant, the test will be positive by 10 days after ovulation.  Pain with a positive test would be concerning for an ectopic pregnancy.

Yes, it sounds like: Anxiety.  You are not concerned about normal pregnancy, but a variation, an ectopic, despite having a negative pregnancy test.  The pain the the abdomen may be a few things but not uncommon.  See your doc.  Stress or mood disorders cause poor sleep, low energy and pain without a physical cause.  Consider a psychiatrist if available, not because you r crazy but 4 best  meds if needed, good luck.

That is odd: Continued pain as you described is of some concern. You may have scar tissue. There may be some injury to the ureter (the tune from the kidney tintype bladder) which may explain the left-sided back pain though this is not that common in C-sections. Finally, it may be chronic back issues or positional problems even nerve stretching or injuries from the procedure itself though less likely.

i feel very dry no discharge but this is my 10wk of pregnancy sometimes just watery is it normal have backache plus left side pain under lower belly?

Lower belly pain: Often in early pregnancy people experience pain in lower abdomen described as cramping/pulling... This could be due to change in bowel patterns, or stretching of the ligaments attached to your uterus... If very severe pain you should definitely see your doc for an eval.
