See rheumatologist: The best treatment is to address the RA process it self.  There are multiple excellent newer drugs for ra.  Opioids have a role, but you really need to see a rheumaologist have get the disease itself addressed.

Depends: It is ok to eat food after the sell by date but use common sense if you see abnormal growth or smell do not eat it.  Cooking is always a safe option also.  It is ok to eat fruits and vegtable with a little brown stuff on the edges.

Existing damage may persist, but not increase.

You need to talk: Be open and honest with your guy about your feelings, your thoughts, and your expectations out of a relationship. Ask questions.  You might be assuming things. Let him know you would feel more comfortable/more desirable/etc if he planned more dates for you.  Honesty and communication is a critical part of making a relationship last.  Maybe you never had that talk and so that's why they didn't plan.
